Long time, no post!

Hi all! I am so awful at keeping up with posting on here! I am insanely busy with school... I am doing a 20 hour a week internship on top of being a senior in college full time, talk about intense! Don't worry though, I still find time to do my nails :) Here is a little spam and I should actually be able to post regularly in about a week and a half when the quarter is FINALLY OVER!!!

And lastly, a little haul from a few days ago! My American Apparel finally got in their new stock of polish, so I was able to exchange my old 3 bottles and get 6 new ones! I got: Minty, Peacock, Passport Blue, Dynasty, Poppy, and Palm Springs. Dynasty and Passport Blue are re-buys of my original polish. The other guys pictured here are LA Girl Disco Brights in Dance Studio, Deejay, Chic, and LA Girl Rock Star in Crowd Surfing. I LOOOVVEE the disco brights and I will be going back to buy more! I also found two bottles of SH NQ on clearance for $1.25 and grabbed those up as well :)

Cheap and Easy Funky French

Hi all! Again, sorry I update so rarely.... I am so busy! Anyways, I thought I would share my current NOTD... I am quite smitten with it! This is my first time doing a funky french, and my first time ever doing a black french, but I am a fan!!

WnW Black Creme and Konad Plate m57

Basically, I just painted my tips with one coat of the black, and while it was still wet, I shaped the tip with a point q-tip dipped in acetone. After all the tips were done, I went back over and stamped underneath the tip with the konad design. I then did a coat of poshe tc for shine, and done!

And here is a bonus pic of my Christmas NOTD.... you can tell I love this Konad design :)

A few NOTDs and ChG Dupe?

Sorry I haven't updated in a while, school is keeping me wayyy too busy!

Anyway, here is my NOTD from a few days ago:

This is one coat WnW Goldmine, and a coat of ChG Medallion. WnW BC Konad Plate m57.

Oh, and I had to chop all my nails down after a break, which sucked :(

This NOTD from a few weeks ago is WnW Goldmine under WnW Gilded:

I would definitely say that I would prefer Medallion over Gilded. Medallion is more opaque, more flashy, and the glitter shines even in the shade. However, if you don't have a place that sells ChG near you, or you don't want to pay the outrageous price hike at Sally's, then Gilded is a decent "dupe" but you may want to do more than one coat :)

Wanna NailMe?

I hope everyone gets a kick out of the name.... straight to the point, eh? Think of this blog as the "promiscuous" friend of your other nail blogs. The one that might show a date a good time if he will supply the credit card number for her VNS order later that night....
